Check status of orders to understand each phase.

Normal Order
When the order in “Pending Payment” status that means our financial team still waiting for you to pay the order cost.
If you have exceeded the period of 72 hours without paying the cost of the order, the status of order will be changed to “Failed“
Kindly note that you can later pay for the order from the order page, but we don’t give any kind of guarantee that the products in your order still available for selling.
When the order in “Order Preparation” status that means the seller has started to prepare your order.
Make sure to check “Ready to Ship” which mentioned in the product page in short description to know exactly when the order will be ready for shipping.
When the order in “In Shipping” status that means our shipping team has collected the order from the seller and it's on its way to your location.
When the order in “Delivered” status that means the order has been delivered to you، the period of the replacement and refund has been started according to the selling policy of the product.
When the order in “Completed” status that means the order has been closed and you cannot submit any replacement or return requests.
When the order in “Cancelled” status that means the order has been canceled by you or the seller.
According to the cancellation policy, our orders team will check if you deserve any kind of compensation fees or not, incase the seller was the party who canceled the order.
But if it was your decision to cancel it, our orders team will check if the seller deserves any kind of compensation fees, according to the time when you canceled the order.

When the order in “Partially Cancelled” status that means a part of the order has been canceled by you or the seller.
If the order contents many products, one of your products has been cancelled by the seller, our orders team will inform you immediately, then check if you deserve any compensation fees or not.
But incase you was the party who partially canceled the order, our orders team will inform the seller, then check if the seller deserves any compensation fees or not, according to the time when you canceled the order.

Abnormal Order
When the order in "Replace Requested" status that means you have submitted a replacement request to change one or many products from you order.
We will start an investigation to determine which party will be responsible for the replacement fees.

When the order in "Replace Approved" status that means our orders team has acceptance from you to pay the replacement fees and it has been paid (if it was your fault), or we have deducted the replacement fees from the seller's account (if it was seller's fault).
After the order preparation period of the new product is almost finished, our shipping team will contact you to set an appointment to deliver the new product and collect the old product from your location.

When the order in "Replace Cancelled" status that means it was your fault and you refused pay the replacement fees, so that our orders team has rejected the replace request after 48 hours. Therefore, you will keep the order/product.
